Accessible Internet and telephone services

TD has been a leader in introducing and delivering electronic services like telephone and Internet banking and brokerage services, which allow clients to personalize how they access their financial information to suit their specific needs.

We are reviewing all of our websites to identify any inaccessible content, and we will take steps to make our websites accessible to all customers.

Account balances, transactions and other information can also be accessed through our Telephone Banking and Brokerage services. Clients who are deaf or hard of hearing can take advantage of our Teletypewriter (TTY) services, which use teletype devices with written text. Our TTY lines are as responsive as our regular phone lines.

Relay Services can also be used to access all telephone banking and Visa features.
